Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a website request does not confirm an appointment or purchase a contract. Our team must confirm availability, scope and the applicable quote. Please provide accurate contact and site details.

Prices and additional work

Published rates are for the described service and scope. Before agreeing to work, ask us to confirm the total, whether GST applies, access requirements and any separate parts, repairs or other charges. The website does not establish a universal GST-inclusion rule.

Deposits and payment

Confirm any deposit, payment method and due date in the quotation before accepting. No fixed deposit percentage or payment deadline is set by this page.

Changes, cancellations and access

Contact us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel, or if site access changes. Ask our team to confirm any applicable notice period or charge. This page does not establish a universal cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Four-service general-cleaning requests

The advertised contract total covers four services at the listed unit count. A website contract request proposes a first visit only; it does not activate a contract, record payment or automatically create four appointments. Confirm validity dates, scheduling, payment, transfer, unused-visit and refund arrangements in writing before purchasing.

Workmanship, parts and follow-up

Ask which workmanship or parts warranty applies to the quoted job, including its period, scope, exclusions and how to report an issue. If there is a problem after a visit, contact our team with the booking details. Do not assume a blanket free follow-up period or guaranteed repair outcome from general service descriptions.

Assisted bookings

You may use an AI assistant with your authorization. Sign-in and verification requirements still apply. Review the requested service, address, contact details and proposed date before authorizing submission.
