Aircon Servicing

Perform regular aircon servicing to ensure optimal performance of your AC unit. The weather in Singapore is so hot and we heavily rely on air conditioners to provide a more conducive environment

• Check the air conditioner’s operating condition
• Clean cover, air filter and drainage pipe thoroughly
• Clean drain pan and fan rotor for wall mounted units
• Wipe dry entire air conditioner component
• Assemble all components back to original positions
• Check refrigerant, running ampere and operating pressure
• We are using Steam jet for general cleaning Wall-mounted A/c. Not applicable for units installed at stairs or heights above 2.5M.

Chemical Overhaul

고급케미컬은 청소, 살균소독, 코팅기능이 있어 에어컨의 성능을 향상시킨다. 잦은 사용으로 뒷쪽의 팬코일이 막혀 악취, 물 떨어짐, 가스충전 후 시원하지 않을 경우에 필요하다.

Gas Topping

• Topping up fixes the leaks in the Freon.
• Restores cool air in the whole air conditioning system.
• You will encounter more complicated problem if you fail to have your aircon checked regularly by a trusted aircon technican for leaks as well as breakage within the system.
